Terms of service

These terms govern your use of iparkar.com and app.iparkar.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, buying access or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. What we provide

iParkar provides health, safety and environmental (HSE) study materials, including free sample questions, live quizzes and paid practice exams with progress tracking. All practice questions are original and written for study purposes only. They are not actual examination questions.

3. No affiliation and no guarantee

• iParkar is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by BCSP, BGC, NFPA, IOSH, NEBOSH or any other certifying or awarding body. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the exams our materials help you prepare for.
• Using the Service does not guarantee that you will pass any examination or obtain any credential.
• Certification requirements, fees and procedures change. Always confirm details with the official body before you apply.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Accounts are for one person. You may not share your login or let others use your access.

5. Purchases and payments

• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location.
• Paid access lasts for the period stated at purchase (for example, 90 days) and then ends unless you buy again. Unless clearly stated at checkout, purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

6. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation during your access period. You must not:

• copy, scrape, record, screenshot in bulk, download, publish, sell or share questions, explanations or other content;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service;
• attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the Service’s security or operation;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close your account for a breach, you will not be entitled to a refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, text, design and the iParkar name and logo, belongs to iParkar or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may update, add or remove content and features. If we permanently withdraw a paid product during your access period, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the unused time.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided for education only and does not replace professional advice, your employer’s procedures, or applicable laws and standards. Content is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, iParkar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or exam fees. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@iparkar.com.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paid users, we will tell them by email before it takes effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION, e.g. India], without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
